1. Respect Michael Jackson.
   
   Meaning: Constructive and respectful criticism is allowed. Respect includes willingness to show consideration or regard. Don't insist on stuffing your opinion down people's throat. Claiming that MJ staged his death is disallowed. Speculating he may have staged it is disallowed. Saying, or even hinting, that Michael Jackson was a drug addict is not allowed as well.

2. Respect Michael Jackson's children.
   
   Meaning: No discussion of the DNA of Michael's children or of their looks to indicate that MJ probably is their biological father or not. It's getting us nowhere, and it's none of our business. Indications provoke debates about the DNA of the children, that's why they are disallowed, too. That rule extends to all forums of this board including the controversy and picture forums. There will be no exceptions to the rule unless Michael himself addresses the topic. Posting pictures of the children is allowed though.

3. Respect The Jackson Family.
   
   Meaning: Disrespect in any way towards the family will not be tolerated.

4. Respect all Regular Posters and the Moderating Team on the Board.
   
   Meaning: No personal attacks, provocation, name-calling, taunting, harassment, stalking or discrimination of any kind. If a moderator asks you to follow a rule, you must comply. Urgent complaints can be sent to Pepina, Staingirl or Anne. Non-urgent complaints can be sent to MJsBunny (the owner of the board). Apart from that use the "Report"-button under each post to complain to a moderator.

5. No over-the-top Swearing.
   
   Meaning:
   Watch your language. No excessive swearing. A word here and there is okay. Sexually explicit content only in "OMG Michael", "OMG MJ Pictures", "Fan Fiction" and "Fainthearted Club".

6. No Spamming and Flooding.
   
   Meaning: No repeatedly posting useless one-liners. No repeatedly posting smilies only posts. No thread-hijacking by going off-topic. No double-posting in the same or several forums. No post count races. No fake insider information. No more than 3 new threads per person per day. Advertising websites is only allowed in our section "Links, Ads, And Shameless Self-Promotion".

7. Watch the Signature Standards.
   
   Meaning: The size of your signature should not be wider than 500 pixels and not higher than 300 pixels. Click here to get an idea of how big that is. No more than 5 lines of text. People who dislike signatures can turn them off in the Control Panel.
   
   Consequence: Removal of your signature. If you keep on breaking the rule, see "Penalty Chart".
   
   
   
8. Do not post anyone's Personal Information.
   
   Meaning: No publishing real names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information of posters. Respect people's privacy. That also includes PM's the person sent to you. Keep PM fights in PM's or put each other on your PM blocklists.

9. No Illegal Links or Files.
   
   Meaning: Do not upload or post links to copyrighted music or videos, unless from an official or legal site. No links to illegal download pages or tools.

10. No Second Identities.
    
    Meaning: Everyone is allowed to use only one nickname. If you want to be renamed, ask an admin to do so. People who were banned once will be banned again without a warning.
    
    Consequence: Misuse results in ban of your new nick.
    
    
    
11. No HTML misuse.
    
    Consequence: Misuse results in ban if you do it on purpose.
